HE MADE IT!
ACIE'S STORY
Called by God to share the Good News of his Son, Jesus Christ, 34-year-old father of 4, Acie Burleson set out on March 11 from his hometown of Andrews, S.C. carrying a 45 pound wooden cross on his back and walking west. Averaging 12 to 20 miles a day, Acie travels alongside roads and highways telling those he meets to pray and prepare for the coming of Christ. Although he packed a small tent, he has not had to use it because of local generosity. Acie’s goal is to finish his walking journey at the Grand Canyon, glorifying God and leading others to Christ along the way.
"If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved."
